Bowral Capital offers both regulated and unregulated loans.
Consumer loans (regulated under the National Credit Code) are provided by Brindabella Credit Pty Ltd under its Australian Credit Licence. These loans are subject to responsible lending obligations and consumer credit law.
Unregulated loans are available for business, investment, or company borrowers. These are assessed and structured by Bowral Capital and are not subject to consumer credit regulation.
We’ll confirm whether your loan is regulated or unregulated during the assessment process and provide the appropriate documentation and disclosures.

The Bowral Capital Wholesale Fund is not registered under Chapter 5C of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) and is offered exclusively to Wholesale Investors as defined in section 761G of the Act. Retail clients are not eligible to invest. To qualify as a Wholesale Investor, you must meet criteria under section 761G of the Corporations Act, including either:
- Net assets of $2.5 million or more; OR
- Gross income of $250,000 or more for the last two financial years; OR
- Investing $500,000 or more in the Fund.
